Haptic feedback disable option?

Whenever I grab the flight stick my controller vibrates continuously. I can't play the game because it will drain by controller batteries in no time. How can I stop the vibration?!
I am using a WMR Dell Visor and controllers.

Yeah the constant feedback is very dumb. the easiest way to fix it is to install this:

It has haptic options, as well as a million other settings that are very useful for VR.
