But just to be sure, you mean the real mixed reality like Hololens right? Or do you mean support for the now-released "mixed reality headsets by Windows" (acer, lenovo, samsung, dell, hp)
mind you i believe what you are thinking is "augmented reality", where the headset superimposes virtual objects into a camera feed of the "real" (or as we humans perceive it "real"..) world (which would definitely add to most VR games). that is why they used the term "mixed" because its supposed to support both virtual and augmented realities. not that microsoft is above a gimmick.. or that the nomenclature is carved in stone just yet (i still hate the first "m" in "mmorpg" because concepts like 0's and 1's dont have an actual mass).
hololens is way too expensive to be a good toy, furthermore you can see through it so the immersion is kind of nil.
You mean mixed reality headsets for windows?
Windows Mixed Reality is a hardware and software platform
They worked closely with the company's though.
These company's have mixed reality headsets for windows 10:
Field of view: 110 degrees
Weight: 380g
OS: Windows 10 Fall Creators Update
Connections: HDMI and USB 3
Display also 1,440 x 1,440 pixel led
Field of view 105
weight is 568g
OS: Windows 10 Fall Creators Update
Connections: HDMI and USB 3
what are you babbling about? the platform was made by microsoft. you dont see anyone saying "zotac gtx 780" or "asus gtx 780", its just "gtx 780", i have no clue why people need to pretend the manufacturer matters on head sets, but it absolutely doesnt. they are ALL microsoft mixed reality head sets.
a learning curve. somebody new I would think I get a little break.
just make sure you set the IPD in options. everything else about it is a no brainer. obviously the tracking cant see behind you or if you hold your hands over your head with arms fully extended, but very few games require you to do that anyways.

dont know where you pulled that knock-off brand from but its NOT listed as an official microsoft mixed reality headset on their page. the samsung is slightly better than the others and the acer is slightly worse, the others are all the same though, dell, lenovo, hp, and asus (if anything lenovo must be worse since its got the price drop at the moment) same specs on the OFFICIAL site.
if you dont know what you are talking about its generally best to keep your mouth shut. otherwise.. spouting nonsense that has no relevance as fact? yea, thats babbling.
