Bakery Specialization question: What exactly are "Baked Goods?"

I'm considering turning my Goods Store into a Bakery, since I love the cooking minigames, but I'm not sure how the game define "baked boods" lol. Does it mean all cooked food, or all cooked food which went into an oven? I'm confused because there isn't any food category called "baked good" and it would be annoying if I have to write down which foods get baked in each existing category. I must be missing something?
