how to get night milk?

i was looking around on every website i could find, and they say, that they sell it in Moon & sons. however, i've never been able to buy it, and now that i've bought the store, i am not sure if i can still get it. can anybody help?

Pretty sure the one you can buy in shop is not night milk but sleeper'z zest.
Night milk is a soup-type food reciepe, you cook it. I usually find this reciepe in first village, in house where lonely weird woman lives.
