Where to find Yum Proverb Location 1?

The wiki said it is located in Tir Na Nog, but I have looked everywhere! I do not see it, and my dog hasn't barked for it. I even dumped a bunch of my honey to grab a bunch of yum to try to trigger it like with some other proverbs. It is my last proverb to collect! can anyone please help me narrow down my search for it?

if you collect enough YUm (I think it's 15 or 20) then you should automatically get the proverb.
