Any way to get seeds other than the twice-a-month market?
I'm only still in the "kid" tutorial, but I'm finding it a little odd the only way I can get seeds for the crops is twice a month. Even then, it seemed like there's only a finite amount you can get. I think the wandering trader also sells some, but even still that's not a regular supply.

Is there any way to get them without waiting for the shop?

General stores in each town sometimes sell seeds and they restock every day. There are also upgrades that give you a percentage chance of getting seeds when harvesting with the sickle. On Market days, I cycle through all the markets and towns and end up with way more seeds than I can even plant. Usually keep all my farm plots occupied until the next one.

The Travelling Trader has a selection of seeds, most of the time.

There is a blessing that allows you to get seeds from cutting grass, i never buy seed anymore because of this

You get seeds quite often by digging spots that your dog finds. In the prologue you're unlikely to get a dog (although you can if you have 100 brass) and to get a shovel you can either buy one from either the Goods store or the Blacksmith, or you can craft one at the Blacksmith's after you've done the apprenticeship by buying the shovel mold and renting the Blacksmith's tools. But at least 1 in every 3-5 dig spots you dig up will give you a seed.

Different traders with different items appear across each village and other locations. And as others said, digging and blessings can be an option.

I found the most efficient way when low on funds is getting a scythe though. Use it on the tall grasses located on your property and the neighboring areas (it varies in color from yellow, to purple, etc.).

You don't get a lot at once, but you'll usually be able to get 3-6 different seeds per bundle.

The blessing is tge best way early on to get large amounts of the standard crop seeds.
In fact I even made my starting fortune by selling wheat seeds to the shops during the prologue.
You get a lot of them very fast, so even as an adult I find it preferrable to sometimes get the blessing and stock up on seeds as hunting for them at different shops is annoying.

Gardening skill tier 2 has a skill that grants you 1 guaranteed seed every full grown crop.
Combined with the sickel upgrades, crops sometimes drop 2-3 seeds for me you will be swimming in seeds and start selling them in bulk

Long grass only drops seeds with one of the godess staue blessings.
Seed chance for Level 2 sickel is like 5% or 10% something and only works on stuff that has plantable seeds (all buyable crops/flowers + pink roses)

What blessing specifically are you referring to? I've got my Sickle to level 2 which said I have a chance to get seeds. However I've spent the last 2 in-game days going through each zone fully clearing all the gatherables and tall grass with the sickle and haven't gotten a single seed yet from anything.

Am I bugged? Or do I need whatever blessing your referring to?

the name for blessing is super grass i think
