You need a token from the masters (at the third rep level I believe), then you can get in those doors in the secret realms.

Also don't feel bad that you missed it cause they're bugged right now and basically worthless.

I had the same thing happen and it opened at 8PM. Either the sign is wrong or it's a bug. Or me slamming the door 50+ times in that hour actually helped.

I have also recently experienced that it has opened its doors at 8PM as well.

Dang it, I stayed up late last night just to wait until 7pm to go to the cabaret and it was closed. I could swear that I waited until 8 though.
