I make Icabod work 12 hours a day, no issue. Just come early to your shop and see his energy, if it is full, it is sustainable. Also come to last hour of his shift and see his energy, if not too close to zero, it is fine. This is as long as you dont run the shop 24/7. If you do, it wont be sustainable even 6h shift a day for each worker. Dont ask me why, it is just like that currently.
