Hi,
Thank you for reaching out.
We are sorry to hear that you are having an issue with PAW Patrol On a Roll.
Unfortunately, we have not been able to reproduce this problem, but other players have contacted us about it. We have managed to fix the problem with these players by updating the drivers and setting the graphics to " fastest " on Steam when launching the game.
We hope this helps. If it does not, please let us know and we will continue to look into it.
Thank you

Hi,
We are sorry to hear that our previous instructions did not help.
There are several troubleshooting steps we have found to address issues with games not opening o crashing straight after launch on Steam that could you solve this issue:
a) Run the Program Compatibility Troubleshooter, this can check whether that program is compatible with your current Windows operating system or not.
1- Right-click the shortcut of your Steam client on your desktop and select Properties.
2-Click the Compatibility tab and click Run compatibility troubleshooter.
3-Click Try recommended settings to test-run the program using recommended compatibility settings. Follow the on-screen instructions to see whether this troubleshooting option works or not.
4-If it still doesn’t work, then run the compatibility troubleshooter again and select the second option to choose compatibility settings based on problems you notice.
5-If the problem persists, adjust the following settings manually and select OK when you’re done.
· Compatibility mode: If your Steam client keeps crashing on your current Windows system, click the drop-down list to select a previous version of theWindows system to test-run it.
· Disable fullscreen optimizations: Some games on the Steam platform are particularly affected by the low FPS issue, and some of them even crash when the player enables fullscreen optimizations. Just disable it to see whether your Steam client will still keep crashing or not.
· Run this program as an administrator: If your Steam client is not given administrator privileges, it may not run properly and may even crash. Try this setting to give the program administrator privileges. If this fix works, your Steam client won’t keep crashing again. If not, there are more fixes for you to try.
b) Sometimes the crash issue may occur if your Windows system is not the latest version. Try to update your Windows system and this issue may get resolved.
We recommend that you lower the quality and the resolution. To do this from the main menu select 'Settings' . Scroll down to Quality and select 'very low'.
Next press down to select Resolution and press 'A' and scroll left until you can select 1280X720@60hz.
c) Mark Steam as an exception in your antivirus. We have seen in many cases this is due to overprotective antivirus software, marking Steam as an exception the game starts running smoothly.
Once you finish these steps attempt to play the game again.
If you have any further questions, or if any of these steps solve the issue, please feel free to reach out.
Thank you

Hi PaperCloud,
Struggling father here also trying to get this game to work with the same issue. The develop has actually offered this solution in the past, not sure why they didn't mention it for you here as well.
If by chance you have "Citrix Workspace" Installed on you machine you will have to uninstall it. Some sort of display adapter driver installed by that software unfortunately crashes the game on launch.
Hopefully this helps you out. Take care!
