Post saying what has happened
"Recently we discovered that a bunch of codes which were sent to youtubers were illegally sold on sites with stolen keys and only those were revoked
there's no way to revoke if somebody bought directly on Steam, but looks like your key was obtained from some other source
Kinguin sells stolen keys.
For example a youtuber / streamer received a free key, never made a video, so he cheated us, instead he sold the key which he got for free.
We have no way to pursue pirates or people selling free keys, the only thing we can do is we have a list of people who got the free keys from us and we just went through that list one by one and checked who made a video and turned out about 150 youtube channels from this list were already gone (most likely banned by youtube due to fake subscribers) so those were the only keys we revoked.
So we have no way to revoke if you buy directly via Steam/Epic/Gog, only if it was from illegal source."
