Probe landed
I got a message saying a probe has landed, and I’ve turned on follow but nothing shows up? Nothing in my helmet and nothing that I can see in the radar, how do I go about locating this?

Think I worked it out, turns out they show a blue marker when you follow it, I had assumed blue was a normal choosable one until I also followed a meteor and suddenly noticed I had 2 blue ones showing

After receiving the message, you switch to the Messages menu on the pocket PDA and confirm the new message there. You will see a blue mark on the HUD. It is usually 2-2.5 km from you. You will get there and see a rocket (probe :))) stuck in the ground. If it is God's will. Otherwise, it's under the surface :) Take off the cover and you'll get a super USB A-DATA atomic edition as a reward:) New technology is available for USB. You insert the USB according to the color - mechanics, minerals, botany or electrical engineering into the workbench and let it decode. After the patch, the USB should disappear from the table inventory, but it doesn't. Once decoded, you gain access to a new item in the tech tree. If someone has a full tree, it becomes annoying and pointless to collect it just like the tablets. USBs are also found: supply pods and antenna hacks. There are an awful lot of them in the game and they are useless. I don't understand developers. If the player has a full tech tree, why do these things keep regenerating for them? They cannot be used for anything else. I had 150 and threw them all in the trash. I don't even take them anymore. Just like the food packets that are commonly found lying around on the surface of Mars. Probably the intruders have some kind of factory there. :) Thousands of bases as if Mars had been inhabited for at least 50,000 years. We don't even have as much iron and aluminum on Earth as there is for construction. I also naively thought that if I hacked the antenna, I would have an exposed area on the map with no blackness. Error, nothing like that is happening. You get it for USB. I don't understand the point of these antennas. What are they there for? To reduce FPS? :) Actually I understand, you dump material for 5 antennas, build them, connect them and get 5G achievement :) I played Occupy Mars: Prologue which I really liked, I bought the game with DLC in early access and it was a mistake.

Again - the game's in its EA phase, so we do not rule out that the tech tree will be expanded in the future.

The premise of the game is that you are not the first colonist on Mars, there have been other colonist teams before you. Hence the abandoned bases and MRE packages. As simple as that.

We're not responsible for your thoughts, sorry. We do understand that players have their own assumptions, but we're not sitting inside of your head, we're not reading your mind too. We never stated that hacking an antenna would do such a thing. The war of fog visible on the map is for improving game performance.

We do understand that the game does not meet your expectations - we're sorry to read that. We also do understand that if something does not satisfy your needs, it may be frustrating, but leaving a ton of offensive comments won't speed up the process of development. How great it would be if it worked like that :). We're doing our best to answer the players' expectations, but there are many of you and each of you has a different vision and ideas for the game. Don't get me wrong, that is cool to see the players' engagement when they are flooding us with their feedback and even criticism - we truly appreciate it and we try to apply to it when it is possible.

Thank you for your time, however, and we hope we'll manage to address your needs and that the future features will be just as you imagined. Take care!
