Report a translation problem
I find the same thing with the medium solar panels, even the floating thing you mentioned. This might sound crazy but i've never built an antenna so far as i still can't work out what they do and if i need one. But i can imagine they'e as finicky to place as the solar panels.
Much more finicky and for no good reason. I mean look at this nonsense:

The purpose of antennas is to allow and extend the range of remote control, both of your base infrastructure (e.g. setting the parameters on a Battery or ECU) and vehicles like the Heavy Rover and Drone.
What I've found them more useful for is increasing the visibility of a remote outpost on the map. The big green circle of an antenna's coverage range is much easier to spot than a waypoint when scrolling through it zoomed out all the way. It also gives me something to spend my Small Circuit Boards on - not the Antenna itself but the Battery to keep it fed with 4kW overnight.
LOL, indeed! That is ridiculous. "This is not acceptable, but this is?" LOL
