rover welder container. where is it?

i have the rover. i have the rover welder and by imlication i now have the capability to build the container the welder needs, only there's no sign of it on the manufacuring bench or the blueprints. Where is it? i need it to use the welder.

Build the container in the Large Crusher printer.

The welder was in my rover after unlocking it, the container can be build with the big crusher.
Have not found any use for the welder (thought it might help grinding down bases or repairing my base) and the container seems to have some issues. Nice for longer explorations in order to store stuff...BUT hangar is buggy, you can not switch it out there in the moment, you can switch it out in the big crusher, but saves stop working and dropping it somewhere on the ground lets not pick you up again.

perhaps it should have appeared in mine when i unlocked it, but didn't

I do not think it is usable when you have a tipper mounted, only with a container.
And I would advice the big crusher highly, there are quite a few things that you can build only there. Not to mention the a really big storage (once you mine using the rover the ores really are getting over the top). I never even bothered with the small crusher :D

the big crusher and the level 3 grinder blueprints still elude me.
