Anyone getting this before they've unlocked all blueprints

I think I had teleportation blueprint still locked when new tablets gave message 'You have unlocked all blueprints'. Then as I still routinely tried to activate new tablets at one point I got the one in my hands which unlocked teleportation.

Yes, I've no way to unlock Large Dome. I saw the idea that repeatedly trying to use a large number of tablets was a workaround but I have not found that to be the case with a unstacked set of a dozen of them.

It has been suggested that this bug might arise after you receive a blueprint for the Kilopower, which is still a work in progress and probably shouldn't be available as a blueprint. Not a whole lot you can do to avoid that except maybe reload an old save.

My blueprints are locked too, and i have the kilopower unlocked. I think this confirms.

Had this issue for a while as well. I had all but large dome 'unlocked'. And at the same time I have 40+ tablets in my inventory. All of them just giving that message.
*However* , if you have the patience, keep using a tablet, try to not get annoyed by the message about all BP unlocked, just keep repeating it. Eventually it WILL unlock.
This is what happened to me. For a few days now I came to terms with not unlocking the large dome until the dev fix their darn game. But yesterday, I was just wasting time, and kept using the tablet, and on try number 75345324 or thereabouts, it popped up that I now unlocked Large Dome.

TLDR;
Just keep using the tablet, might take many, maaaany attempts, but it WILL unlock eventually. It's like a dice roll when you use the tablets (hence why some ppl save-scum with the tablets), the game isn't 'perfect', so at the moment, you just gotta keep spamming that tablet, and it will eventually roll the number on the invisible dice you need.
Just keep at it, it will unlock.

Thanks, I'll give it a go.

Knowing how the tablets work, I'm guessing this approach should work with a single tablet in hand since the contents of a tablet aren't selected until you use it and I'll bet it's not persistently assigned to a tablet remaining in your inventory under these circumstances. Perhaps on each attempt it's "selecting" from all 50 or whatever blueprints there are in the game, deciding you've already got whatever it is was selected and gives you the "all blueprints unlocked" message - but if you get lucky and it's Large Dome, happy days?

I got it! Took about 50 attempts, but I now have Large Dome unlocked. Just in time for the patch!
