Necessary arrow keys cannot be used!!
Not everyone plays with WASD or worse with a gamepad.

I agree. Game to me is broken as is. They give option to change them BUT they are broken and nothing binds. Just sends you back to previous screen.

I always need key bindings changed. S D C Spacebar is my left, forward, backwards and right. V is normally jump. F is normally flashlight. E is use.

I don't ever use arrow keys or WASD. Call me weird but that's comfy for myself using a keyboard. just in case the Dev above needs the info.

good point, Im left handed & the first thing I do in games is change the WASD keys to arrows up down left right. Very awkward atm, struggling!

I use arrow keys for movement, Right Shft for sprint, Rt Ctrl for crouch and num pad for hotbars

So upper block with : Ins, Del, Home, End, Page Up, Page Down.
and enter key, # , + , backspace, numpad 7, 4, 0.

Right-handed !
So left hand keyboard operation, right hand mouse.

More keys in the area, comfortable palm rest and without
cramping your fingers in a small space.

NO, NADA!!
For example, if you briefly press the left or right arrow key,
you jump back and change the mouse sensitivity :)
(It is not possible to press longer. (No, we are not sea cucumbers.))

I will chirp in as controller support seems unfinished, no options to fix turning radius, also the right shoulder to bring up wheel has no further controls that I found to select any item.
