Report a translation problem
The hangar needs to be built on a flat surface where the area outside the hangar door is also flat. If this isn't the case, the hangar may still be able to be built but the door won't open it senses an obstruction, as in the ground outside the door isn't flat and rises even slightly. This can also work the other way in that if the ground outside the hangar door descends, the hangar door will open but the hangar door won't descend all the way to the ground, leaving a gap that can in the worst cases, prevent the ingress of any vehicle.
