I've got one horizontal tank for water which leads into my base. I've got hydroponics which use 17 l/h, the are growing fine with all their water they need.
My green house says, it gets 47,52 l/h of water. That's the 48 l/h which my 9 wells (6 water only, 3 with oxygen extensions) are producing.
So, I guess, you wonder why your green house/workshop only shows 10 l/h?
Do you have one well for water only and one with an oxygen extension (6 + 4 = 10 l/h)?
If so, it shows you how much water is extracted by your wells.
Do your plants need more water and your plants are withering?
If not, then the difference is taken from the tank and anything looks to be fine.
I like to put a vertical tank near my base intake for both water and o2. then every pump is sending 100% to them. They fill up, then backfill to any other tanks. For your rover, have 02 going to a vertical tank so you can pull up, connect and top off your rover o2.
The garage needs an O2 module added to it so I can fill up both power and O2 in the rover. Ideally, add a power connector to it also so I don't need to run lines all over the garage to plug stuff for power.
Would also love the ability to use my rover power as a battery for say the survival pod.
That may be for you, but not for all.
e.g. Oxygen-Pump:
1 out for the base
1 out for the heavy rover
1 out for outdoor refill of personal oxygen
Voila, 3 outs of a pump are used.
I also will split my water from a pump (and O2) to multiple buildings instead of using just a single connection. This allows me on occasion to remodel the buildings and not stop the flow of things. I also sometimes interconnect pumps for redundancy. Many times I could use more so can't wait for the pump extension to come out.
If it does not turn green it might be becuse if the terrain blocking, play around with arrow up and down.
Is there a way to tell how full the horizontal tank is?
Well the control consoles in the base will show total water available in storage, as well as litres per hour inflow and outflow. Also in the radar, you can click on the tank, and by cycling through the symbols on the left, you can see the structural integrity, liquid content etc.
I had seen the in base water totals. I will look more carefully at the radar display.
