How to play online

I have some problem with online. I'm totaly don't know how to play with my steam friend in multiplayer. If i add him in lobby he dont't connect or connect to create lobby in his game.
What should I do?

create a personalized game in online your friends see your game and join , you are in USA i send you an friend invitation in steam we test a game if you want we see the ping rate between us i have fiber optical internet connexion i think will be good
