Game not found in Steam's "Turn Notification Settings"

How can I turn on Steam notifications to notify me when it's my turn to play?
Apparently it's supported and I followed various guides, example https://steamcommunity.com/app/758370/discussions/0/1710690018665822838/ but for me the game is not present as an option in steam's notification settings for available games.
Is it a broken?

It has been broken for many years at this point. They have ignored bug reports about it.
