I'm having trouble as many of the QTE prompts dont show up so I have to guess

Likewise on Shenmue 1, I had issues with QTE's as while it did show button prompts for me, all face buttons incorrectly show as right trigger, so you will inevitably fail the first few times until you get lucky. makes getting through the random Enoki Dobuita encounter difficult but QTE just repeats on failure, not sure if that's the case on others later on or if there are more severe consequences for failure..

On a whim, I tried connecting an external controller to th deck. Face buttons appeared properly. When I turn off the external controller, all face buttons appeared as RT again.

Haven't tried a QTE with the external controller yet. Maybe someone can try and report back.

To fix the ui/QTE issues change the controller layout from the official to "gamepad with joystick trackpad"
