The motorcycle sequence isn't very difficult, you just need to know when to feather the break going around corners.
Yeah Hang On is basically training for that sequence.
motorcycle just takes a few tries and around minute and half to complete, it's mostly about luck.
I have terrible driving skills in games as well.
