SHENMUE 1 GRAPHICS PROBLEM HELP!

Hi I recently bought shenmue 1 and 2 for my laptop and shenmue seems to have many graphical problems when i started the game. Ryo is running without a body and graphics are moving all over the place. Its causing flashing and making me feel sick. I dont know if this is a pc problem or setting but can some please help me. thanks

I tried another game on steam it turned out okay. I only have 2 games yugioh duel links which works fine and shenmue. Do you think its a PC setting problem?

Do you know what GPU/CPU you have? Hardware specifics might make it easier to pinpoint the problem.

I don't know all I know is I have a dell laptop that runs windows 8. Is there anyway I can check to find out my setting etc that way I might be able to answer you better. Im sorry im not great with computers or pc gaming

You can get to the information a couple of ways. MY PC, or control panel for example.

A gaming laptop or general use laptop?

If it's a general use laptop that means it may have an integrated graphics processor rather than a dedicated card. Integrated graphics are really inadvisable for gaming except in few specific instances.

Most likely it's your laptop then, but in the sense the hardware isn't really supported by this game so that's why you're getting graphics errors.

There may be something about the original Shenmue that just isn't playing nice with integrated graphics hardware.

I know this might sound harsh, but all bets are off when it comes to integrated graphics unfortunately.
