Fighting not working during Spar in Dojo - Can't progress

Hi All. I've had no issues with the odd fight here and there but today I get the cut scene and have to spar in the Dojo but nothing happens when i press the usual numbers on my numpad.

Anyone come up against this issue? I can't progress as keep getting this cut scene and straight into the spar session.

I'm not using a controller. Using keyboard. But I'll look at the other links. Thanks.

Reading the patch notes. That might work. I have family visiting today so I'll give it a go later on. Thanks again for responding
