best way to train moves in shenmue 2 in kowloon?

The above is sort of correct but the repeatable street fights are mostly gimmick based and not really optimal for raising moves. Not that it matters a huge amount in that part of the game. Ideally? Hong Kong is where you train, and Kowloon is where you put it all to use.

The best place to both make money quickly and to have enough time to train is fighting the guy with the eyepatch. Because, when you get behind him you have just enough time to get off a few moves before he recovers, and the round lasts until you take him down (unlike most other Kowloon arenas)
