Location of La Soleil

I just noticed something in the OVA. There's a shot of a business card[imgur.com], which describes the approximate location (near Yamashita Park in Yokohama) and includes a map showing exactly where the cafe is supposed to be.

Here is the area on Google Maps[www.google.com], with the indicated location of La Soleil as the red placemarker. As you can see, there's actually a restaurant called Scandia at that corner.

I'm a little surprised they used such a precise real-world location, even if we only get a fleeting glimpse of the card.

Anime & sometimes VN use real world locations and many people do pilgrimages visiting the real world locations the scenes are based on.

Very true. I wouldn't be surprised if Minato Mirai 21 and Yamashita Park experience an increase of tourism soon. But there's just a bit of a mismatch when it comes to the spot the cafe is supposed to be. That's where it seems a little odd to me.
