1. Go to
C:\Users\[WINDOWS USER NAME]\AppData\LocalLow\Meta Interaction\Dragon Cliff
and backup this folder first (e.g. backup by copy and paste this folder somewhere else).
2. Back to
C:\Users\[WINDOWS USER NAME]\AppData\LocalLow\Meta Interaction\Dragon Cliff
and find the most recent 'save_[slot number].sav_bak_timely[index]' file. E.g. if your progress is on slot 2, then you need to find the most recent 'save_2.sav_bak_timely[index]'.
3. Remove the original corrupted 'save_[slot number].sav' file, and rename the recent 'save_[slot number].sav_bak_timely[index]' to 'save_[slot number].sav'
This will recover the game progress to the most recently backup version, and there are 10 backups, should be able to find a healthy save in most cases.
Sorry again for this bug, we’ll find a solution soon.
You can zip this folder and send it to our email metainteraction@gmail.com
