Is there a progression guide or something ?
I like games like Soda dungeon, Swag and sorcery etc.
But this one seems much more complex, is there a progression guide somewhere ?

Thanks guys :)

I haven't played those other games, but I have found this game to have some depth (nice for an idle game).

Here is my advice:

Do what you can in Normal Mode. Equip everything and use you highest quality characters and gear. The hardest area I found was Northern Territory mainly because what they do is, once 1 member attacks THEY ALL ATTACK. So, try and get a set up that will shield you are the start of the fight (I used Potions for this at first, later you can use characters to do this).

Do all possible quests in Normal Mode and then head over to Difficult Mode. (I think at this point I left the game on over night at the highest possible area to get mats and such. ALSO! Once you unlock the inn you can set the there should be a little "Timer" right next to the "Head" set these up to auto house Legendary and Ancient citizens, and then just run the Level 1 dungeon to spawn town citizens fast.)

For Difficult Mode, try and do that same for Normal Mode. Once you hit a brick wall, upgrade you gear. PAY ATTENTION TO GEM SET BONUSES. One of the most OP combos I found was setting a Paladin with 4x Soulbringer Stones and giving him lots of Agility and tankinesses. This would allow him to stun and taunt the mobs frequently. Also, when you combine gear at the forge, the ancient gear (3x Legendary gear) has a chance to become Star gear based on you treasuyre find stat (Genie Lamp)

Also, you can transfer "Star" gear and "Ancient" gear passives over, so you can always use you favorite stared weapon. (For example, if you have a Paladin and have a taunt passive with a Star sword, you transfer it to an Ancient and that will make it a Star weapon.)

Make sure to get 3x boats in Difficult mode. I found the having a balanced party (Battle, Trade, Research, Culture, and Pick Axe) and sending them tot he Red River to be the best outcome. This is because they return all possible outcomes.

Since characters and gear are so random, BiS team comps and gear is open in the air. Mainly, what I do is focus on the 4x set bonuses for Gems and work around those. Those seem to be the best bang for your buck. (For example, I have a my taunting Paladin, and a healing Missionary, 2x random DPS who DoT the targets and then an AoE mage who uses Savage Heart 4 set to "pop" the dots.)

Hope this helps.
