Random Chest Rarity Boost

Guten Tag!

So, still rather early into the game (level 2 equipment) I noticed I have a 90% Chest Rarity Boost but no Residents who actually give me this. I'm not complaining or anything, just, I'd really like to know where I get it from! Any ideas? I also checked all of my equipped gear in case it might come from there.
