I'm Confused

Why put time limits on quests and then make it impossible to grind enough levels before the quest expires? No way I'm going to complete Northern Territories in time. Not even close.

The time limits are only there as a refresh rate if I understand it correctly.

You should reach a point where you are able to run these in time if you are progressing upwards with gear level and stats, perhaps a change of strategy is in order for some levels. I do remember having quite the difficult time with the Northern Territory when it first came out and I was significantly under developed for the stage of it I was at.

If you continue to encounter difficulties I'll be glad to help you trouble shoot your team setup and strategy if you'd like.

So missing a deadline has no real effect on the game? There's also the annoying one with the 30-day time limit. I assumed that if you miss the deadline there's some sort of penalty. If there isn't one, then it's no big deal.

The 30 day timer is for the special dungeon that was put up as the end game and demon shard collecting before the Mystic Dimension was introduced. It usually has good loot for level 10ish or so, but it doesn't level up as you get farther like the gear from the MD does so it's a bit of a trade off between the two.

And there is no penalty for missing that timer as well, it just only pops every few runs of the quests for each area.

There is a penalty for not completing missions on time: you never get them again. FYI. The only thing I don't like about this game are these stupid, arbitrary time limits. Why do they exist? Please eliminate these, developers. They serve no purpose.

These quest spam after some times...in a infinite loop

The time is a good thing game is enoght easy as is it now

I think the reason you're frustrated right now is because you're not able to finish them in time and feel like you're missing out because the Nether Portal quest pops in and out so fast.

Can I ask if you are you on hard mode or normal right now? Have you finished the main story line?

I have not finished the story line, no. I let the 30-day quest elapse as it became too difficult for my best group. No way I could finish it in time. So I let it lapse and I have not received this quest again. Looks like this quest is simply gone for good if you don't finish it in time. Yes, I feel like I am now missing out.

It will come back, you just need to do a few of the quests again.

The problem you are having is you are not out putting enough damage to clear the areas fast enough. The solution for this is to continue on with the main story and increase the battle rating for your team. This may mean switching to hard mode, it may mean changing the gems you have equipped it may mean getting the final level 3 upgrades for your town how you get there is up to you.

I remember being exactly where you are at now and feeling the same way. Look at this as a math problem, if you don't change the values then the results will be the same the next time.

In an effort to better help new players I started a new game a few days ago. I'm in the final dungeon of hard mode now so I think I'm in a better spot to help you than I was a week ago. So if you would like I'm around.
