The localization files can be found at Dragon Cliff's installation folder.
e.g. D:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Dragon Cliff\game_Data\StreamingAssets
Localization-en.json is the default localization file (English), and additional localization can have file name 'Localization.json' in that same folder. When game starts, 'Localization.json' will be loaded first if present, otherwise the default 'Localization-en.json' will be loaded instead.
E.g. In a Simplified Chinese version of Dragon Cliff folder, there are 2 localization files: Localization.json (SChinese, overrides default localization) and Localization-en.json (English, the default localization).
If you want to create your own localization, just copy and paste existing Localization-en.json file to your working directory, rename it to Localization.json, and modify its content. Please don't work directly in game folder as Steam may remove them when updating game client.
Localization is in JSON format, and you can find many online tools to prettify it for easier read/edit.
After edit, you can copy and paste your edited version to Dragon Cliff's SteamingAssets folder for testing.
Hope this helps, and thanks a again for your help!
