My biggest gripe with late game - practice points scaling
So why exactly practice points stop scaling around 8th gear level? Enemies are already lvl 90+ on lvl10, my heroes have only 80. I would like to experiment with new characters as I get ancient variants of them but with active buff for recruitment which takes 10.000 practice points per day it is painfully slow to amass enough practice to lvl at least one character to my current level.

And don't say "just leave the game for night" - there is no reason to require from players to leave the game open 24/7

Well, I think the max you can lvl to is 90 so even if scaling was different enemies would outlvl you.

That said, the game is "semi-idle" meaning that you will have to leave it farming from time to time.
Try getting more residents that focus on PP gain, the quality of residents you get scales with your title I think.

On the other hand the main focus of the game is GEAR not your char levels so try working on that instead.

endgame scaling is terrible in general. I finished normal, hard and checked out some floors in mystic but it gets grindier and grindier. in 2018 it also should be possible to idle your stuff without having to physically leave your PC run for example over night, that's just silly.

late game? late game is around gear 14
also late gamers dont have problem with practice point because thats what 250A trade practice point are for. 2~10runs in mystic gives you 10,000,00 practice point OP if you ask me

For me end game begins when you finished content (everything unlocked and usable, quests completed) and now just play for fun/getting better gear etc. I highly doubt I'll reach lvl 14 with this amount of pointless grinding required

The grind is why you play games like this, also the devs are asian if you didn't notice and grind games are a thing there. Also donendio is right, do mystic runs and just by practice points. It takes ~130 million to level a hero to level 90 so its only 2,750 A points to do so.

When exactly can i buy Practice Points? Because i am doing the mystic and there is no item that gives Practice Points to buy

In the shop you buy "Practice Pack" for 25 Ash a piece, and each pack gives 1mil Practice Points. Ash can be obtained at the end of any MD level. The higher the level, the more the Ash. Around MD1000 you gain about 250 Ash per win. Practice Points become so abundant in the end game that you don't even think about them anymore.

But this game may not be for some of you. Those of us that enjoy the game see the game really STARTING after you finish all of the "content". Mystic Dungeon is the game to me. It is the challenge. The content you talk about is almost like a tutorial imo...

I totally missed that there were practice point packs in the store! Thanks Josh. I agree this game is awesome.

If you need points to level your characters then grind mystic dungeon and use those purple tokens to buy it from the shop. Way faster than grinding it in the regular dungeons

It's after you unlock the mystic dungeon (infinite scaling dungeon). You buy the points with the currency you get from it.
