The Ash you get keeps rising, so you can just buy xp/rewards in the shop. Although level cap is only 90, and there's not much need to level past 85. You can use Northern Sea exploration if you want to get crafting materials.
At 1050, for example, you start to get level 18 gear. Beyond that though, I'm currently at 1677 and there hasn't been another increase.
My town title is at 21 "Empty Mind".
On level 1051 the enemies are around level 116, on 1677 they are around 128, so they are still getting more difficult.
My party is still jammin' along at a couple hundred floors a night (in the 2500s now) with no sign of slowing down, but all that remains really is to do minor tweaks to gems that I've inflated way past any reasonable tier (buy a few thousand gems from shop, batch combine - over and over and over).
