yes, you CAN play this in english
look up textractor, this game runs on kirikiri so it works just fine, a little practice and tolerance for broken English and it becomes readable

You pretty much said that the game isn't translated in english.

Anyone can MTL a game since years, it's ♥♥♥♥ and should not be advised for virtual novel when dialog is so important.
