This won't happen as all English publishers refused to adopt it. You can only expect fan translation, but it's also unlikely to happen because Monobeno is way too long to translate.

Funny, because Clannad, Maji de Watashi ni Koishinasai!(which fan translated) and some other VNs way longer than Monobeno and been translated to english.

I used word "unlikely". Most long VNs are not fan translated for a reason.
