Geocity Mameitor and Phisherman quests bugs ???

I already restarted the game for the first time and it ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ get me every single time.
First, even when i'm "rich" i can't get the Phisherman to clear the way to the DTOP plaza, i must cheat and walk through invisible walls to get past the multiple barrages.

And when i help Mameitor with the 50 snapshots it resets all my money back to $1 !! What am i supposed to do ? Restart the game from the start everyday so i can hope it doesn't glitch when i get to this point ???

Hey GHBattleship!
To clear Phisherman's quest, rather than becoming rich, you have to complete all 3 quests from the Nice Guys. Each of them takes away 1/3 of your debt. Did you complete all of them? One of them is the Box delivery, the other is smashing the columns in a shop, and the third is taking a pic of the truck and downloading a car. Doing all 3 of those quests is what triggers the Phisherman opening the area.

Since you cheated your way into the back of the level, the maths and programming start to get in conflict with your negative numbers, I'll patch those walls not to be cheatable to avoid this happening to players! D:
Let me know of your progress with the Nice Guys quests and we'll try to take it from there! ^_^

The thing is that i can't find any NPC who tells me to download a car ! And I'm not lying

This would be the only thing that would unlock my way to get $1M and get to DTOP top

That NPC is found in an alley behind Cowboy Tanaka, look for for the Lens of Truth symbol around there to open up a wall!

That one alley with a Dorado sign i guess, but how do i get the golden camera ? Maybe that's why i'm stuck, i don't have the Lens of Truth...

Have you been to Aquanet yet?

I couldn't get to Aquanet before i went to the Love Cruise and Geocity. I discovered the gate after all the glitches. I just reinstalled the game so i'll check it out in a moment

I do have to say, embarassingly:
If you already skipped and picked up a lot of the money on the back of GeoCity, I'd recc restarting your data one more time, since I can't be 100% that you'll be able to obtain 1 million after maybe losing money from completing the last Nice Guys quest (it counts it as divide by 1/3).
I'm very sorry for your experience! I'm looking into different ways to avoid it for future players: Be it making the last Nice Guys npc easier to spot, or the bridge simply impossible to cheat until you find him.

Well, if i checked out for aquanet everytime i went to the main hub i would have spot it anyway and i would be able to finish the game without any problem. So... i guess you may add an hint or something that would help people to get the new Lens of Truth, because the game is designed like this, you need it to complete Geocity
