Lens of Glitch
I hate to sound like a total noob, but... How the heck do I obtain the lens of glitch? I've tried looking at walkthroughs and I've been looking everywhere in Domo Paradissio and the Axis Plaza, but I can't figure out how to obtain this.

You need to go to a new area to obtain lens of glitch. The entrance is hidden somewhere in Axis Plaza and needs 350 like score (the eggplant badge) to unlock it.
