I know that there should be a content update coming out in the next few days to coincide with the PS5 launch, so it's not like the devs aren't still working on the game.
What makes this game unique? It's a bunch of things that combine together: art style, open-world, combat-free, addictive climbing, immersive sounds, the only game music l’ve ever kept turned up, and it's a true bildungsroman written well and done well. If those things don't appeal to you then it won't be worth it for you, but it's still been great value for money for me.
My advice to you would be looking into what you'll actually be doing in the game, and if that aligns with what you're looking for then give it a purchase with your finger on the trigger for a refund if you run into performance problems.

However it didn't completely remove stuttering for me although game is way more playable with it.
I think there is an ever increasing feeling of annoyance from the community at the way in which Shadyworks have updated the game and communicated with people about bugs. I have certainly felt this but I can't deny I got my moneys worth 10x over.
For example, the most recent 'fishing' update added a brand new bug which is easily noticeable after playing for less than a couple of minutes. It's become apparent that they absolutely do not test their updates. Bugs that have existed since launch, and been mapped out (literally) in detail for the developers have been totally ignored despite them replying in the same thread.
Stuff like this makes me too want to simply say NO out of frustration.
