Some bugs (nothing game-breaking)
I know that the bugs topic got locked, but I prefer to use Steam forums, I hope there is someone on the development team who can copy a post from Steam to the support portal that the developers want to use.

When browsing the inventory or trading, the item description does not change when switching to a different item. Notice the description here says Cartographer's Badge: https://i.imgur.com/NwERYt6.jpg.

Bike color schemes are partially off-screen, can select them but can't see them: https://i.imgur.com/uI8F3yV.jpg.

Sable clips through a barrier when riding a hovering block: https://i.imgur.com/K9pYAXo.jpg.

Camera shows objects below the floor level when Sable is crawling through a hatch: https://i.imgur.com/7ELsgin.jpg.

Some more clipping issues: https://i.imgur.com/LaISk42.jpg (in the Hicaric ruins), https://i.imgur.com/5xxgfDr.jpg.

Sable after interacting with a Chum egg: https://i.imgur.com/RB8CnrA.jpg.

I believe either the plant thing has to be interactive (it isn't) or the icon shouldn't be there: https://i.imgur.com/30ZjjLf.jpg.

The bird is frozen in place: https://i.imgur.com/bd7tHa6.jpg.

Clipping feel kind of deliberate. Especially in "tight places" (crawling, close to wall etc) where the camera would start going nuts instead of slight clipping. You can sort of see this in some "cutscenes" where the camera got no idea where to point and is all over the place.

Some plants etc can only be interacted with at certain times, the ... prompt is (almost) always there though so you know its not a "decoration".

There are two different things, Sable going through a metal barrier or through the wall in the ruins is not related to camera positioning. Allowing the character to go through some solid obstacles or clipping half of the character's face certainly may be a deliberate simplification, but it looks too jarring to be OK.

For me, a non-interactive icon is more confusing than helpful. The game has another issue, where the interaction prompt with the buttons doesn't always come up when it should. So it makes me waste some time trying to reposition the character and to see if pressing X still does something even though there is no prompt, I can't be sure the object is indeed inactive.

Sable can clip through the mother beetle, skipping the puzzle.

In exclusive fullscreen, opening the menu shows the Windows desktop for a second.

Interacting with a plant in The Whale makes the interaction prompt disappear, but nothing else happens, there is no response, nothing gets added to the inventory: https://i.imgur.com/g29132K.jpg.

A shop menu in Eccria shows nine items, it's impossible to scroll to see more, but it shows only two pieces from a bike set. Buying an item again shows nine available items, but now all three parts of the set are shown.

Oh there is a lot of non clipping(no collision) geometry. Its really amusing when you are climbing something "orange", and then it lead to something" blue", and the blue have no collision and you fall through.

That the non interactive icon can be confusing is a bit better than not even knowing something around you is ( at certain times) interactive.

Yeah, that the interaction prompt disappear is annoying. It happens all the time.

I've checked how it's done with the elusive beetles in the starting region. They always have the regular white dot hotspot over them, but we can't get close enough to activate the hotspot, so it's perfectly clear what's going on. The meaning of the dialog icon over the plants is unclear. If it's supposed to indicate a potential hotspot which is currently inactive, I don't think that's a good idea. I'd say that if we can get close enough to a marker, it should be possible to interact with it, the response can be just "This is the X plant Y told me about."

Shop menu issues might be caused by menu navigation being tied to camera movement. The clothing store in Eccria wasn't working at all for me, I couldn't select anything, moving the right analog stick fixed that.

The innkeeper at The Seven Sisters says something like "Can't help you, maybe the innkeeper knows."

Game have a very big trouble with customise, this console-system unsuitable for PC as hell. Color-menu appears a nanosec... I SAY GOODBYE TO UTARII.
Periodic disappearance/missing cursor in inventory

For most of the menus, to get them to work correctly, don't use the mouse, and keep it away from the selections. Using just the keyboard all the menus will work correctly, make selections, all the colors for the bike, and everything else.

CRYSTAL FARMER TOHTA. Ugh.. Unstopable dialog
I'm trying to choose "Goodbye", there is a rollback to the first line of the dialogue, and all the garbage let's do it again

Shops still seem to be broken after the patch. When selling crystals at the plateau, the price is 100, but when I click select, the small dialog popup shows price 60 and quantity 2, and I can't change the quantity. Sometimes only one of the D-pad buttons works. The bug with still showing the description for a sold item hasn't been fixed.

The part stats are displayed incorrectly when customizing the bike at Seven Sisters: https://i.imgur.com/MoztyTE.jpg.

The game doesn't do an autosave after shopping, so I'm saving manually before quitting. But then my equipped mask always changes to the Whale Ship mask when I load the game.

After loading a savegame, the game runs at 30 FPS. Opening and closing the menu without changing any settings switches to 60 FPS, which is what I have in the settings.

The ship's name on the hull of Centre of Brunswick is Rowley's Way.

Another walk-through wall: https://i.imgur.com/Fv5A3xe.jpg.

Simoon is stuck: https://i.imgur.com/fCE3FBH.jpg.

When reopening the settings menu, the previous selection (Display) is shown as currently selected but the right tab shows the volume settings.

Map zoom controls stopped working once, both mouse and gamepad.

Falling through the map after fast travelling to the Wyrm: https://i.imgur.com/cqnCsM7.jpg.

In the first chamber where we lower the water level in the Wyrm, the water level can be lowered only two or three times, after that the puzzle is broken.

This is a fairly old post now, but if anyone else is having this bike dye UI issue I managed to fix it by changing my resolution temporarily, hope it helps someone!

The Bug still exists. After the 4th attempt the water cannot be lowered and you are stuck in the wyrm. I'm wondering why it was not possible to fix this up to now?
