Report a translation problem
Make sure you're putting the file folder in, not a Win Rar or 7 Zip folder.
When it's in your mod folder, you should be able to open the folder and immediately see several game related files and folders, such as Audio, Emitters, Lang, etc.
If done right, you should see the mod's icon image appear under the Modifications tab in-game.
