What is the best mods for the game?

I am looking for a Europe based mod* with a lot of detail on mechanics, a custom map* but not many vehicles because I have a potato pc and I don't want lag. Nowadays I am playing helping Peter and Manchester Airport mod but I want something new to try.

Have you got Bieberfelde installed? I'm having trouble getting the English translation to work. I think it says on their facebook that 1.2 doesn't work for lots of people but I can't find a translation to the 1.0 vesion.
