Mods are not working

I've got a big proble, bought the game on 1st June 2022 and basically wanted to play it on some polish mods and the mods is kind of the only reason why I bought it currently I'm still fighting with mods. I was scared that it's because it's the delux version but read that it doesn't matter. And I really don't want to appeal for a refund (still have under 2 hours of gameplay on it) because I actually liked the game. But the mods aren't working. PLS HELP

I followed the original tutorial on how to download it and after opening modinstaller it shows that the mod is there.

Can you explain exactly what's happening? If it's not loading when you open the game, first open the "Modifications" tab, go to your mod, hit the button or whatever it is. Then, you need to wait for like 5-10 minutes for the mod to load.

Also, all mods should work on EM4 Deluxe unless it specifically states it.

The game loads to the menu but if you click modifications in the menu the game laggs (the longest time was good 15-20 minutes that I waited) if you move your mouse the game crashes.
If you install the new interface that comes with the mod you won't be able to get into options cause the game will crash. But if you don't have the interface you can. So basically I can't load the mod, if the 'new' interface is installed I can't get into the options (the game crashes instantly even faster than if you would use alt+f4). And yea if you play the original map there isn't a sign of a mod installed which is correct cause it didn't load.

So in short the mod doesn't load from the modifications tab. And if I have the interface that is dedicated to the mod (didn't found that's necessary) installed and try to enter options the game crashes.

If I may ask, what mod are you using? Try downloading it from another mirror (or, if downloading on Emergency Planet, create an account and do the download that's shown on the right).

Sochaczew mod. It's not from the emergency planet and there is only one place to download it from

Also tried Łańcut Modification and Żołynia Modification, but I reinstalled the game to have a clean download and now I only have the sochaczew modification

Alright, I guess try EM4 forums for mod support? I don't know how to work something like that; good luck, though.

Yea like the steam forum here is the only one I found :C. I'll ask do you have like tested mods that defineately work?

I mean, kinda.
There's one called the Miami Modification (on Emergency Planet) that I know works.
There's also the LA mod, also on Emergency Planet, though you need an account to download it.
Both I have, both work.

Just for info there's a mod that's working it's called Piecki Mod and it's working so yea I think the problem is that in sochaczew etc. you have an interface that you have to download and it's the problem I think
