Problem with Installing Mods.

I have been trying for awhile now to Download Mods and get them working, I have looked at a lot of tutorials and do what they say and they still don't work. I've had to fix the Mod Installer because it wasn't working and nothing is happening. I can put my Mod into the 'Mods' folder and it shows up as a Mod in the game but won't load. I am confused and don't know what to do. Any help is appricated! Thanks.

You'll need to 1st. Find mods that work and are up to date with the Windows 10 software. 2nd. Download the Mod (Try and have a seperate folder to put the .zip file in when your finished). 3rd. Go to downloads and put your mod into the mods folder for EM4. 4. Unzip the Mod file using 'Extract here'. 5. After mod is done loading, put the .zip file into another folder. 6. Check with the Mod installer thru Steam to make sure the Mod is in the game. Any more questions let me know.

Do you happen to have links to mods that will work? (specifically Borough of Fire and Manhattan)

drag and drop whole modification file into the "mods" folder in the main game file. check emergency forums for any other questions/tutorials
