Multiplayer and modding questions

Hello, I'm thinking about buying this for my kids and I to play together and have a couple of questions.

1. I see that it's multiplayer but don't quite understand how the game play works. Can anyone take control of any unit? Or do you assign roles such as one person would be police, another fire, etc. Is there a dispatcher role or is that done by the computer?

2. Is the campaign multiplayer, or just freeplay and endless?

3. I've heard that the modding options are extensive and include new units and new maps. I don't see workshop support so I'm assuming these are just mods I download elsewhere and install? Is the included map editor pretty straightforward to use if I wanted to make my own city to play in?

I appreciate the response. Can you describe how multiplayer works, such as how responsibilities are divvied up between players. And also what the extent of the modding capabilities are with the included tools.

-Multiplayer gameplay starts right at the lobby where players divide responsabilities, when you a 30 seconds timer will start, while this timer is active can buy an unit or skip the timer to the next player so he can buy his units, this is why players divide sectors of action as it is easier to focus in a single area other than in all of them

-Nope, the campaign is singleplayer only.

3. I've heard that the modding options are extensive and include new units and new maps. I don't see workshop support so I'm assuming these are just mods I download elsewhere and install? Is the included map editor pretty straightforward to use if I wanted to make my own city to play in?
-All the mods for this game are installed externally by putting the mod folder into you game's "Mod" directory, most of them can be found on emergency-planet or emergency-forum.

Inside your game directory you'll find an editor manual so its up to you if you understand the information provided or not, there are also some tutorials on the emergency-planet website on the editor.

che fastidio non riesco a starie dietro a tutto nella camagnai di emergency 4 ci gioco su un altro account di steam pero che fastidio... non ci riesco piu a giocare vorrei troppo potermi dividere i conmpiti in multi player o almeno avere un ia piu decendte cioè le persone non scendono dai veicoli non c'è un minimo di automazione e poi dover gestire tutti perche è troppo difficile fare inmodo che le squadre funzionino o siano comprensibili ? e fare in modo che i medici possanso scendere in autoamtico dai eicoli poi c'e tutta la tastierea e wasd non funziona !!! davverro ? e non pioi nemmeno riconfigurare i kaps che delusione era diventato il mio gioco preferito finche non mi sono rotto di giocare in multiplayer dopo 4 ore piu o meno e non possonemmeno chiedere il rimborso...
