This vs. 911 first responders

So I have 911 First responders/ the original release of Emergency 4. what differences does this offer?? any new content or graphical updates? better resolution support? does it support the older mods? I'm wondering if I should "upgrade" to this or stick with what i have

Basicly 3 new deluxe missions and some random freeplay events:
-Terrorist with sniper-rifle
-Broken Fire Hydrant
etc
