Stupid time limits
So i pick up 3 jobs from the board, And off i go. i get to the first map that has a target, and its the wrong time of day, so i wait, or i kill and collect. now my target is insight, so i kill it and off to the next of 3. NOOO NOO NOO, you do not have time for any more than 1 quest , time has expired and it has taken 28 days to wait 2 hours or for the target to spawn , i am full of junk and need to head back , but the time on the last will expire. Hm is this a joke or was this just thrown in to add what might look like more content? why are people so obsesed with time limits and such? I think its cos thier lasy tbh, i think any and all games that have any kind of limit should be by law have to print in bold a warning of limits, as i dont pay far any games that only allow for minutes of play time , no way! Yes i know its optional, But what option? do it in 1 min or dont do it at all? not much of a option if you ask me.

Lol, you're clearly thinking clear headed about this. You're meant to pick up one request at a time and go do them, if you're picking up like 5 different requests at a time and are having trouble keeping up with them, I feel like there's a really easy solution to the problem.

Lmao. If you don't like these non-intrusive time limits, you would absolutely hate all the previous trilogies of Atelier.

wrong, i liked the sofie one, That one had the alchemy as a optional aid to the story, This one has a story that need first making through alchemy, every thing even the key object and most of the game is alchemy, FK i bet if they could they would even make the grafix as a alchemy quest. Any way i bout it now and im unhappy that i have to RUSH eveything before my money ( i mean time ) is up.

You're complaining about alchemy in an Atelier game? Lol? And what do you mean Alchemy was optional? You HAD to fill out most of the recipe book to even finish the game. Sophie was much more involved in its Alchemy than this one is. The only time it is mandatory is once a chapter for your exams and those are stupidly easy even for the most unseasoned player. This game has 1 time restricted scenario the entire game and it's obscenely generous in contrast to past Atelier games. If you hate the time aspect of the quest board so much then don't do it. It's as easy as that. You can grind exp/col from other sources just fine. The board is optinal, Alchemy is not. If you don't like then you're playing the wrong series.

I said previous trilogies, not previous titles. Sophie is still extremely time friendly.

This game is nothing like the first 1, the only thing thats the same is the characters, thats it, i had NO time limits on sofie, and the alchemy i only used for trinkets and stuf, but here everything is alchemy including story. Im not complaning im just stating that this game compared to any other is crap. the biggest let down is the removal of freedom , if you gonna give a quest then give ample time to do it, And dont tell me there is becouse going to the location and coming back is all the time allowed. if your fast enough you may get back intime to hand it in, providing ofc that the creature was there at first and you didnt have to wait for it.

Time limits on L&S are all optional but 1. You're choosing to do those time limits, that's on you. And again, you're not missing out on ANY story on the quest board. You just get exp and gold. All story related content are through story events and the main game. Your main complaint about the game is its time and alchemy related content. 1: There's only 1 mandatory timed element in this game, stop making your lfie harder. 2: This franchise revolves around alchemy and it ALWAYS has even in Sophie, considering the only way to progress through the plot was doing alchemy. If you don't like the game that's fine, but don't sit here and talk out of your butt and just straight up lie.

Im a troll because I'm genuinely trying to understand your argument lol? You hate time limits? Then stop doing them. Very easy solution.

I do not like time limits in any games.
I like this series of games, so I'm ready to put up with the time limit, but I do not see the time limit making the game more interesting. In my opinion, if you remove the time limit in the first half of Firis, absolutely nothing will change. The game will not get worse, but the players will be more calm.
I do not understand the meaning of this function, but I agree to accept the conditions imposed on me.

Posts like this makes me wish they return with severe time limits on the next trilogy. Atelier always taught me on how to manage the time carefully, and this was one of the main selling points of Atelier series. Mysterious trilogy is just TOO casual friendly by removing the time. It almost became like any other JRPG except for the extremely in-depth alchemy. I hope to see the glorious strict time from Atelier again in the future. I love difficulty games, I miss Totori ._.
This new generation of gamers is so damn spoiled.

Difficulties are different. In addition, love difficulties is a masochism (ordinary people like a sense of victory over difficulties).

Do you identify yourself with a generation of players? All the players of your generation love the same thing as you? Curious...

Idk if you will understand, but games in the past was a lot more harder than they are now. We can take as example Atelier too.
Liking hard games is not masochism, idk why you think that lol. Challenges are fun.
