where more likely to find Arima Kisho and Kaneki?

I don't know where base Kaneki is but Arima is a legendary boss and spawns randomly in some ghoul campaigns

I found Arima in the train station campaign

Thanks, I found Arima, are now trying to find Kaneki. I thought that he appears in the location "Lunar eclipse" - namely, in the office. but after spending a few hours in this place - I never saw him there.

It's pretty easy to get to and should only take like 40 seconds to get there after spawning so if he doesn't spawn just leave and rejoin the mission

I found him a lot on cochlea inner core twice. easiest place to find him. Arima that is.
