the game don't launch

Hi everyone i'm on a win 7 sp1 pc (not a mobile one) . when i try to launch the game, after réinstallation, it say the same error message . "tokyo ghoul call to exist had a launch problem and can't be played". does anyone had the same one ? can anyone help me fix it i love that manga . thx everyone for quick answer, see you in co op.
