Just a couple of thoughts on working with employees... 1. ROLES Some extra info on what each staff role does - it is fairly clear already but having it made explicit in the hiring process is always comfortable for a would-be boss. 😎 2. TASKS The ability to prioritize staff tasks within their roles would be great, e.g. High motivation trainers might focus on new members and the less competent whereas we would prefer high skill trainers to focus more on actual training rather than recruitment. I am starting to wish I hadn't bought this game because it is turning into a game it isn't meant to be :( Never have I EVER been in a gym where I play football or cage fight!.
