Research Station and more artifacts.
I have 1 research station that supports 4 artifacts.
Where should I store the other artifacts?

Good luck! :)

Don't store artifacts too early in the game. At least, not until you have enough other planets to balance the missing trade goods.

Salvage them and get more. I used to store them but now I part my transports at the research station and salvage all docked ships. I sometimes will just get all yellows researching 1st.

You waste time and hydro moving that stuff around. In the logistics industry there is a saying "the less you touch it the more efficient you are". My red star and research station are side by side. Transports go straight form red star to salvage... over and over and over....
That might work in lower level red stars, but later on you want to have a stockpile as you cant recover the h2 you spent to get the artis that easily

Another option is to store them on planets that produce low credit and hold more hdyro. Sorry it has been a long time since I played. I forgot the names of all types. You also might consider putting them on a planet far out in your solar system that is probably not linked in to your warp gate network as well. You will learn that not every planet gets its shipments delivered daily. I used to run shipments then do a red star and just leave all the transports overnight at the research station so they are stored that way as well. You will also learn what each type of artifact does and researches and only take those you need out of red stars as well. Leave the ones you dont need there.
