What is AU?
When you look at your ships stats if you scroll down far enough, you will see how much hydrogen your ship burns per 100 AU. So my ship says 20.0/100 AU. I read something awhile ago about AU meaning astronomical units. On wikipedia it says one astronomical unit is equal to 149597870700 metres, or about 150 million kilometres (93 million miles). I dont know how to measure how many AU your ship travels. If you have any idea on how to measure them please make a comment about it.:steamsad:

I have 2 planets in the middle of the sector each and the sectors adjacent. And it says about 700 AU. Here is the screenshot ---> https://i.imgur.com/pxQwmd5.png

You can't really measure it. It's just a flavour value, to show how much fuel your ships use. Obviously, the further away a planet, the more fuel it will consume. But that's about as "detailed" as it gets.
